When I saw this pin on Pinterest I knew I had to make it because hello it is melty cheese covered in bread curbs, YUM! Since I had all of the ingredients on hand I didn’t waste anytime. I am still using breast feeding as my excuse to have a snack anytime, anywhere . . . A breast feeding mother needs those 500 extra calories a day, you know
I sliced and froze my cheese and mixed my breadcrumbs. Then I dipped those babies in milk and breadcrumbs and popped them in the oven.
My mouth watered in anticipation as the smell of cheesy goodness filled my home. Finally the timer buzzed and I walked to my oven to find . . .
Yep, that’s right what was supposed to turn out to be cheesy bites of heaven, dissolved into a puddle of messy disappointment. Pinterest had failed me. E looked at my sad excuse for cheese balls and remarked that they looked exactly like the picture. Like a child I stuck my tongue out informing him that my intention had always been to make melted cheese crisps. Just like that I had turned my Pinterest Fail into a Pinterest Triumph as I carefully peeled my puddles of cheese off of the cookie sheet and took a bite. Somedays I am truly a genius, no?

Oh that’s so sad! They definitely sounded so good.
oh thats sad, but good for you for seeing the silver lining.
I haven’t made those ones yet but I have made the ones you fry and OMG so so good. Too bad since I’ve had my daughter and she had reflux I had to cut out milk, now that I can have it again it doesn’t agree with me =(
